I am very disappointed with this store. I took an irreplaceable bracelet to have restrung, this piece is in honor of my Austistic son. I stated to the owner that this is a daily worn piece and that I never remove it so I requested the most durable material possible. When the bracelt broke off less than a week later I found that it had been strung with heavy duty sewing thread, nothing as I requested.
