I have had four rings that needed to be enlarged in the past several months. I went to Kings because that was the only jewely store that did work on site and did not send my rings out and was very fair in price. Great work, good service and why wait a week when good work can be done in 2 or 3 days. more

Bad Service - Stay Away 1/12/2011

I took two pair of earrings to this shop for repair. One pair was missing a black swarovski crystal and one pair a rhinestone had fallen out. I left them there a week longer than the pick-up date that was given to me. To my dismay upon pick-up neither had been repaired. I waited in the shop and watched while he glued a stone into the pair that was missing the crystal. The other pair he brought out and said he did not have a matching stone. When I took the earring out into the light I noticed he put in a cheap blue stone instead of a black crystal. It was extremely noticeable. I went back in and asked for my money back and for him to remove the stone that he put in. He did this with no problems, but I could see he was just trying to take advantage. He said the stone he put in was a real sapphire.....what a crock. I would never go back in this store. It is a rip off. Take your repairs somewhere else. more

Don't do business here 4/22/2010

I am very disappointed with this store. I took an irreplaceable bracelet to have restrung, this piece is in honor of my Austistic son. I stated to the owner that this is a daily worn piece and that I never remove it so I requested the most durable material possible. When the bracelt broke off less than a week later I found that it had been strung with heavy duty sewing thread, nothing as I requested. more

Great service and nice custom pieces 5/5/2008

This is a great family owned store. \r \r Not a big store but if you look around the cases you can find some wonderful and unusual pieces that the owners custom make.\r \r If you need to get something special for someone this is a good place to shop. more
