It was the worst experience ever, for me and my dog!\r

I had to wait for my dog, the lady was rude to me when I dropped my dog off and pick him up...and it was my first time. I felt as if I was interupting her day by bringing my dog in.\r
\r
And when they thought I had left, but I had forgotten my purse in the sitting area. The lady was screaming and swearing at her student, she was very rude, and I stood there to hear her ranting and raving about the dog on her table, calling it names and horrible language calling. That explained all the bells on the door, so they know to behave when someone walks in the place. \r
I dont recommend this place at all, this lady is not for real.\r

I now go to Catherines Pet Parlor on Woodward and 12 1/2 mile,\r
the ladies are great there! Nice as could be and your pup comes out looking like a million! And they have all the animals where you can see them! No bells on the door to hide any bad behavior. Never had such a great place till now for my pup!
