Review content:
I boarded my dog there for two days. Before I dropped him off, I wiped him down with doggie wipes, so he was at least relatively clean when I dropped him off. When I picked him up, only two days later, he was absolutely filthy! He was covered in dried mud, and he stunk! When I complained to the technician, she had the audacity to tell me that if I wanted to have him bathed, they would bathe him to the tune of $25! They wanted me to pay $25 to clean up their mess. Add to that, the fact that the technician couldn't tell me when my dog had been fed last or when he had been walked. In addition, the average hold time when you call this organization is at least ten minutes! I'm posting this review so that no one else makes the same mistake I made. I expected that my dog might be somewhat dirty, but not like this. They left him to wallow in his own filth, which is a poor reflection on an organization that is supposed to be devoted to animal welfare.
