I have bought several pieces of furniture from FRO and the quality is fine - however, if you need to order any replacement pieces - good luck. Each time I called to check on my order, it was as though they had never heard of anyone ordering pieces from them. I had to explain myself to several people each time, and my replacement piece took 4 months to arrive - at least I think so, all I know is it was there when I called to check on it for the 5th time. It may have arrived earlier, but they had not called to let me know. Really frustrating - and, the order that did finally arrive wasn't even correct: it was triple what I ordered.
