The prices are pretty good, and it's a nice place to go if you can pick up the furniture with your own vehicle. But between the delivery department and the staff up front who work the computers and phones, I find them incapable of providing quality service. I was told back in January my order has arrived. It's almost March and I have yet to see it in my house. more

Furniture Row Outlet is Not well organized 7/25/2009

I have bought several pieces of furniture from FRO and the quality is fine - however, if you need to order any replacement pieces - good luck. Each time I called to check on my order, it was as though they had never heard of anyone ordering pieces from them. I had to explain myself to several people each time, and my replacement piece took 4 months to arrive - at least I think so, all I know is it was there when I called to check on it for the 5th time. It may have arrived earlier, but they had not called to let me know. Really frustrating - and, the order that did finally arrive wasn't even correct: it was triple what I ordered. more

Furniture Row Outlet is the place to look for entertainment centers 6/30/2009

They have the best selection of entertainment centers of anywhere in Charlotte. I love it here. They are not pushy, don't stalk or bother you but are readily available for questions. Definitely recommend a trip out to the deserted plaza they're in. more

Furniture Row is a great deal! 1/5/2009

I enjoy shopping at Furniture Row. The staff is nice, but not pushy. \r \r They have a HUGE Scratch and Dent section, where MANY pieces have barely a mark on them, and are marked down a GREAT amount! \r \r The financing plans are wonderful, and give you enough time to pay off your items before you have to pay any interest. more

Good Furniture Store 4/4/2008

I have bought several pieces of furniture at this store over the years. Prices were great. Quality was very good. Staff was very helpful too. I always stop by this store when I am in the neighborhood and looking for deals. more
