I called up Ralph Pontiac with some warranty work (rear driver's window wasn't working) on my '07 CR-V. The person I talked to told me that they would provide a rental car as part of the warranty work. When I dropped my car off, however, I was told that the dealership could set up a rental at my expense, that the rental I was promised apparently would only be paid for if I had an extended warranty, and they didn't have any loaner cars. I've never worked with a dealership that didn't have loaner cars for customers needing long term work, and I was a little upset that the person I dealt with at the service department seemed less than willing to work something out when I got there, based on their misinformation. In addition, in the middle of assisting me, he stopped midstream to process another customer who came in *after* me and spent time talking with a third customer (I guess it was one of his buddies) about *his* car trouble. \r \r I am getting the work completed there this time, but I
