Like any business, they try to make the most money they can, even if that means ripping people off. I keep my car up very well and am not an aggressive driver by any means. I always felt like the people at Ralph were being honest, maybe because of their slogan "Ralph Done Right". However, this last time, I felt something was fishy, and sure enough, I was right. Steve, one of the guys in the repair shop wouldn't make eye contact with me when came to the waiting area and told me about my "horrible" brake pads. I brought my car in for ONLY an oil change and was told ALL my brake pads & rotors needed replaced. I wondered why they were checking my brake pads when I simply brought it in for an oil change. A year ago, I had my front brakes & rotors replaced, so I was a bit puzzled that I was being told I needed new front AND rears already.
