Eastside Animal Hospital is a fine example of what every animal hospital should be. You walk into the front door, sign in and take a seat with your pet. Very little wait and they call your pets name. They weigh your pet and show you to an exam room. Everything is clean and orderly. Again, your wait is minimal, then the veterinary assistant comes in and asks you questions about your pet. They leave and the veterinarian comes in with the veterinary assistant. The veterinarian examines your dog, gives any shots that are necessary, and tells you about the health of your pet. The veterinarian is very warm and caring toward your pet. If your pet needs to be tested for heartworm, the vet will leave the room, and you will wait until the test is done. The vet comes back in the room and you are finished. You walk to the receptionist counter and get heartworm pills and pay your bill. PROS: Great service, minimal wait, clean and orderly CONS:
