If you can avoid going to Smith's please do at all costs. The lack of knowledge and poor customer service and lack of basic people skills leaves me dumbfounded. I have a k7 gixxer600 and was told a Michelin PP rear tire would cost upwards of $370. I got the tire elsewhere for 160 shipped to my house and mounted for another 30, saving me roughly $180. I could have bought two tires for the price of one from Smith's. I also had a sales guy attempt to sell me NON synthetic oil and tell me that after running a full synthetic in my bike for 15k miles it would be "no problem" because "synthetics aren't that much better than non-synthetics anyway". How these people stay in business amazes me and I'm always appalled at their lack of knowledge of the products they sell IN their store. Their prices are outrageous and the customer service is non-existent. If you need something for your Suzuki product please contact Big 1 in Birmingham or Action Motorsports in Clanton, Al. Absolutely DO NOT waste y
