I'm not exactly sure if you got said persons on the wrong day or what happened, but I have had nothing but good things come from Smith's. The people that I've spoken with aren't experts on specific models such as what you would find at a (pick your brand) place. However they do have a wealth of general knowledge about the things that are sold there. As far as the persons in the service department are as nice as can be I would trust any of there mechanics to work on my things. With this being said I do most of my mechanic work myself though because I dont have the kind of money to pay someone else to do it. What I am amazed at is why people would take a motorcycle or atv or whatever to be worked on outside of a major rebuild of the motor or something extremely complicated. Work on it yourself because that's part of the fun of owning a machine. That is learning the intricacies of it and all. On top of it all I'm a firm believer in supporting your local shop even if it does mean paying a
