I suppose they did a good job at removing my dogs lump but they charged me an extra $150 for something i did not request.\r
After talking several useless phone calls i eventually met the business manager at the location who just defended the mistake of her employee and pretty much flat out called me a liar (as i let the girl behind the counter check off the surgery form for me).\r
All in all my dog is doing fine and that is what matters but they were completely unapologetic about adding services that i did not request and charging me for it.\r
I will not even go into the very long wait time it took on my first visit to get someone to see my dog. (I had to stay one hour into a little room)\r
