I've been using Carlson Pet Hospital for over 16 years, my aunt has used them since I can remember and my Grandmother used them from 1968 up until she passed away in 2007. On occasion (in the past when they were closed and before the Emergency Vet) we have had to take our pets to other vet clinics over the years but we always return to Dr. Carlson because she really cares about the animals. Dr. Carslon called me one evening at 9pm to see how my dog was doing after he had received emergency surgery at the clinic... I see some negative comments and reviews on here and I have to disagree with every single one fo the. I feel for their loss, but I know MANY people that take their pets to Dr. Carlson and they (and their pets) love Dr. Carlson and have never had a bad expeirence there. The staff is very good too and I always get my "Nikki" well taken care of while there.
