I was at first blown away by the amazing customer service at this specific Meineke. Bob is extremely personable and makes you feel like you are actually important. That is what made me return to this shop for multiple repairs. It all seemed almost too good to be true and sadly it was. During my last visit with them I was greeted the same way I was every other time and dropped my car off with confidence that they would perform the repair quickly and efficiently. When I returned to pick up my car they pointed out another problem that I had asked them to check on and recommended a front brake job to fix it. I declined since I am competent enough to do that job myself and paid my bill and left. \r

On my way home my ABS light came on and after a bit of research I discovered that the sensor that was malfunctioning was something they had to move to do the repairs on my car the previous day. I called them the next business day and they had me bring it back in. After taking two hours to inspec
