2 1/2 Mo. old puppy broke leg. Surgery done at Dupont. Pup is OK but even though I told them we were on survivors Soc.Sec. income only, they would not work out a payment plan. I managed to get $800 of the appx. $1500 bill paid at time of service and the remainder was paid within a couple of months(with service fees). Or so I thought, apparently I was short $50. Before I could get that $50 paid they turned it over to their lawyer who tacked on $125 fee and took me to small claims court. I guess when you have such a luxurious new building you can't afford to wait for $50.
