Excellent and Professional 3/16/2011

I had my dog of 14 yrs put to sleep yesterday. The entire staff was professional and caring. The process was handle discreetly and I felt as though everyone including Dr. Schlatter, understood my level of grief. They took their time with me and let me be part of the process making me feel as though all the years my pet was alive, were honored in those few minutes of sadness. Thank you for being there, not being judgmental and allowing our family to help an old friend stop suffering. I will never forget your kindness. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. more

OK DOC / BAD BUSINESS OFFICE 6/7/2010

2 1/2 Mo. old puppy broke leg. Surgery done at Dupont. Pup is OK but even though I told them we were on survivors Soc.Sec. income only, they would not work out a payment plan. I managed to get $800 of the appx. $1500 bill paid at time of service and the remainder was paid within a couple of months(with service fees). Or so I thought, apparently I was short $50. Before I could get that $50 paid they turned it over to their lawyer who tacked on $125 fee and took me to small claims court. I guess when you have such a luxurious new building you can't afford to wait for $50. more

Great Vet Clinic (wish they'd have moved with me to Phoenix!) 6/7/2008

The Dupont Vet is awesome! I brought my parents' black lab in to get her ACL fixed in February of '06 and Dr. Harry did a great job! That summer she was running around acting like a puppy again! When she was diagnosed with cancer of the spleen last summer, Dr. Lentz was wonderful and even cried with the family when we had to put her down (the cancer had started less than a month before and was already the size of a small watermelon when we found it). \r \r My husband fell on my 10 lb. dog and broke his leg back in '06. He rushed Stan to the vet and Dr. Schlatter was extremely helpful. He got Stan x-rayed and explained the fracture and treatment options to my husband. Stan's now good as new!!\r \r I'd also gone to Dr. Rietdorf with my pups and she's a real sweetheart! My one pup Ollie has GI issues and if she eats the wrong type of food she gets bloody, explosive diarrhea and vomiting. Great Veterinarian!! 11/19/2005

My mother and now myself have been bringing our pets to this vet for years and years. We have ALWAYS had fantastic service! They are always ready to answer our questions. They are good to our pets. And even the counter staff are very knowledgable. And it is very clean. And they have live in cats that roam around. I love that. more
