Review content:
This is a family run business, so they focus on customer satisfaction. There are plenty of fabrics to pick from and their upholstery work stands up to the test of time. I've got a couch that has lasted for 15+ years. Recently, I took them a couple of chairs, purchased from a decorator for too much money considering their cheap construction. The leg rests were broken and the reclining mechanisms were shot. I called several shops for estimates and no one wanted to do the work, except Bob's. They did an excellent job, quickly. Years and years ago, they had a family member who made furniture and he built our master bedroom suit. So, it is a business run by craftsmen.
