I cannot praise Diversified highly enough. I'm a young woman in Athens to attend UGA, and until I found Diversified, I was constantly getting ripped off and given the run around by auto shops. I've been told that my calipers needed to be replaced (4 years ago, for just under a $1000, and they're still perfectly fine!) and I've overpaid for parts and labor just to see my vehicle continue to exhibit the same problems. I had gotten to the point where I wouldn't go into an auto shop without a guy.\r

I went to Diversified on a whim one day, when I was having some major car trouble and didn't have the time to wait for a guy friend to tag along. I met Jimmy, the owner, and for the first time ever, I actually got great service at an auto shop. They diagnosed my vehicle, gave me a time-frame for when I could expect the repairs to be finished, and kindly brought to my attention other minor problems that I might need to have checked out, but in no way pressured me into getting a laundry-lis
