Sorry to hear others have had problems; I've been happy with Guaranteed Turfcare. This is my second year with them, and Kate has been very responsive when I've called with questions or changes. Sometimes I've had to call more than once about a particular service, but I've always been treated well, and they do listen, and guarantee they'll get it right. I receive the lawn treatments and mowing service, and I love coming home from work to find my lawn mowed regularly, and weed-free. If I loved yardwork, I would do it myself, but I don't, so Guaranteed Turfcare has been perfect for me.
