Sorry to hear others have had problems; I've been happy with Guaranteed Turfcare. This is my second year with them, and Kate has been very responsive when I've called with questions or changes. Sometimes I've had to call more than once about a particular service, but I've always been treated well, and they do listen, and guarantee they'll get it right. I receive the lawn treatments and mowing service, and I love coming home from work to find my lawn mowed regularly, and weed-free. If I loved yardwork, I would do it myself, but I don't, so Guaranteed Turfcare has been perfect for me. more

Stay Away! 5/17/2010

We arranged to have our lawn treated in early April as our lawn is the neighborhood weed factory. 5 weeks later and after noticing our neighbors were on the their 2nd lawn treatment from TruGreen we called and they told us they couldn't get here until June (another 3 weeks). We asked them to cancel our program and they told us that was fine with them. We called TruGreen, they came the next day and were $15 a treatment cheaper. more

Guaranteed Headache 6/17/2009

Trying to cancel my service with Guarateed Turf Care in lieu of a more organic approach was an extreme hassle. I called them in early spring to indicate that I wanted to step back from all of the chemicals and go organic for a number of reasons that included wanting to do some seeding and also wanting to create a vegetable garden in my yard.
