Taking my dog to Banfield in Naples was the worst vet experience I have ever had. Taking your beloved pet to the vet is never a joyous occasion, but Dr. Alan Grosshart makes it worse. He most certainly is not an animal lover, and got easily frustrated with my 6 moth old yorkie because she was scared and didn?t want to be still while he was examining her, instead of comforting her he yelled at her to be still. What was most appalling to me however was that he yelled at me, I asked if they did the free first time vet visit like some Banfield clinics advertize and his response was ?WHO TOLD YOU THAT, TELL ME WHO TOLD YOU THAT WE DID FREE VISITS?!?!? He made me feel like a child who was in trouble, I will NEVER go there again!
