Review content:
Crossroads Family Dentistry was my primary care dentist on my health insurance when I had first moved out to Oklahoma. I try to get a checkup and cleaning every two years and that time of year had come up.\r
\r
I went in for the initial cleaning and was told that I had to come back. They had mentioned that I needed some work and that I would eventually need to have a root canal done.\r
\r
When I went back a few weeks later for them to do some minor drilling and such, they had mistaken my records as saying that I was due for the actual root canal. I didn't know what they were doing until almost all the way through and it's a bit hard to ask once your mouth is jammed open, full of dental equipment. \r
\r
The matter was almost brought before a judge but I guess they knew that it was their fault. I was only charged the cost of a general cleaning for the procedure. \r
\r
Beware....
