WARNING DO NOT VISIT 9/22/2008

Crossroads Family Dentistry with David A Webb (et al) is the most unethical immoral people I have ever had dealings with. David A Webb is incompetent and overcharge for both bad work and work that only appeared to be finished. For example he drilled a large hole in a tooth and only partially filled it. Shortly there after the pain began, and after numerous attempts to get him to find and fix the problem, which he knew about all along, I finally went to another dentist and had to have the tooth removed. The other dentist said that the hole was clearly visible and was done with a drill, and there was no excuse for Webb not fixing it. After finding this out, I contacted them and they refused to even discuss the issue. There is much more to this story but everyone should get the idea to stay away from them at all costs. more

Beware of overcharges 12/20/2007

Crossroads family dentistry will charge much more than your insurance pays. and when you overpay them on top of that they have every excuse in the world on why they will not repay the overcharge. Don't use this dentist office. more

Fabulous care! 10/30/2007

I think that the staff at Crossroads Family Dentistry are fantastic!! They always treat me with courtesy and respect. I am terrified of going to the dentist and it causes great anxiety; they understand my fears and do everything in their power to alleviate that and make it a pleasesurable experience for me. I live out of town, but make a special trip every 6 months for my appointment. I won't go anywhere else. more

Horror story 7/8/2006

Crossroads Family Dentistry was my primary care dentist on my health insurance when I had first moved out to Oklahoma. I try to get a checkup and cleaning every two years and that time of year had come up.\r \r I went in for the initial cleaning and was told that I had to come back. They had mentioned that I needed some work and that I would eventually need to have a root canal done.\r \r When I went back a few weeks later for them to do some minor drilling and such, they had mistaken my records as saying that I was due for the actual root canal. I didn't know what they were doing until almost all the way through and it's a bit hard to ask once your mouth is jammed open, full of dental equipment. \r \r The matter was almost brought before a judge but I guess they knew that it was their fault. I was only charged the cost of a general cleaning for the procedure. \r \r Beware.... more
