I went today to return the fan and pick up the light (thank you for the return) The man in the parking lot couldn't help me enough. He was so nice and carried my box into the store. The receptionist at the front greeted me so pleasantly and the cashier was so efficient and conscientious. Even the guy who handed me the light carried it out to my car!! You have a great operation and should know it
