I went today to return the fan and pick up the light (thank you for the return) The man in the parking lot couldn't help me enough. He was so nice and carried my box into the store. The receptionist at the front greeted me so pleasantly and the cashier was so efficient and conscientious. Even the guy who handed me the light carried it out to my car!! You have a great operation and should know it more

Recently visited Farrey's lighting and bath in Miami and was WOWED by the showroom and customer service. The staff immediately helped me find ceiling fans to replace the squeaky, unbalanced (and in some cases rusty) junk that was present in the home I recently purchased. The selection of fans was much more than I expected and with such a wide variety to choose I was able to replace all of the fans with quality products without breaking through my budget. Several weeks after delivery and installation one of the fan remotes stopped working. Farreys handled the problem directly by providing a replacement rather than push me off to warranty service from the manufacturer. I will be going back to start working on the bathroom hardware replacements soon. more

I have read the comments of the Coconut Grove location and I am shocked. I have always shopped at the Farreys in North Miami and have always been treated excellent. I mostly deal with a Carlos in North Miami and he is very patient, knowledgeable, and does not like to guess. If he does not know the answer, he will find the correct answer. He has always taken care of any problem that arose for my clients. He goes beyond the call of duty.\r \r I know the Carlos in Coconut Grove and the Carlos in North Miami must be two different people. Also, I find it hard to believe that the Coconut Grove location could be like the other commenters say it is. Again, I have never shopped at the Coconut Grove location for the reason that my office is closer to the Farreys in North Miami. Farreys has always employed professional salespeople. The other salespeople in North Miami are all so friendly. Farreys is known to spoil their customers and I think some people know that and try to take advantage of this. more
