I wish I could give them negative stars!\r

A toilet in my office had a broken flange. BF came out and quoted me $3500 for the repair saying the concrete slab had to be jack-hammered, destroying the floor, the pipes and flange replaced, the toilet replaced and then they could re-set the toilet temporarily while I contracted with a flooring company to repair the floor. \r

I called anther plumber who fixed the problem in 2 hours for less than a tenth their charge and the floor was not destroyed. \r
\r
BF returned when I refused their offer and charged me $320 for a service call and to "pull the toilet". So I ended up paying BF the same for their "diagnostics" that I paid for the actual repair.\r

I will NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!
