I just called 20 minutes ago and they told me my 6 month old guinea pig had passed away during the night. Why didn't they call ME? I knew he was ill and I was searching for HOURS for a clinic that treated them - if I had known they were so "busy," unhelpful, and so unwilling to communicate - you had to really press the receptionist to even find what type of medication they were putting your pet on, and those who said they would call back never did - I would have just let him die at home with me. I feel awful enough already, and they were not what they should have been - they also don't have overnight care, so Timothy died alone.
