I was disappointed to read a couple of neg. reviews on here! I have had quite the opposite experience at this hospital everytime I have been in or called. We moved here 6 months ago, I have several dogs, and 2 of them are special needs rescues... Lilly, unfortunately, has gotten to know everyone there well enough they know her on site and by name even when we bump into them outside of the office!!\r
I have found Dr Ortyl to be particularly wonderful...kind, compassionate, knowledgable, and incredible with Lilly (and her high anxiety mom!). I cannot say enough good things about her. When I bring Lil in, she comes in the room and sits on the floor with Lil and I, she goes out of her way to make sure we are both comfortable, and I leave without questions. She has excellent follow up as well. EVERY time I have had Lil or my other kids in the office, I have received a follow up call within the next day or two, and they always return my calls into the office the same day.\r
