Can you imagine being on the recieving end of cell phone problems. What a nightmare it must be. However, this sprint store off Harmony has always been very fair with me. While over the phone customer service has always been terrible with Sprint (having to wait over 6 hours sometimes). Out of all the Sprint customer service areas I've dealt with the past 5 years the Harmony store has been my best resource for getting questions answered and helpful customer service. Thank you guys...keep up the fight!..I could never keep a smile on my face like you guys do. Truely great service...
