Wow...what a crappy job...to be a cell phone associate. 10/21/2009

Can you imagine being on the recieving end of cell phone problems. What a nightmare it must be. However, this sprint store off Harmony has always been very fair with me. While over the phone customer service has always been terrible with Sprint (having to wait over 6 hours sometimes). Out of all the Sprint customer service areas I've dealt with the past 5 years the Harmony store has been my best resource for getting questions answered and helpful customer service. Thank you guys...keep up the fight!..I could never keep a smile on my face like you guys do. Truely great service... more

horrible customer service 4/14/2006

I do not know who Ms. Meghan Hicks is but I have never been talked to in such a derrogatory tone in all of my life. This women was snobby, rude, and she smelled like liquor! I can not believe this person is somewhat of a manager, I would not have her foul mouth around my children. When I was shopping there a few months ago, she used such foul language speaking on her phone to a friend (in public) that my daughter now uses the f-word because she heard Ms. Hicks using it repeatedly. I would not recommend this store to anyone! more

Really good cell phone store 5/9/2005

I have had a bunch bad experiences at cell phone stores. This sprint store in fort collins hasn't been apart of any of them. They are really really good. Help you as soon as you walk in. They know there stuff and don't make things up. They replaced my defective cell phone 2 times already, and they are super nice about it. The only bad thing is their location because I live in greeley, it's a 20 miles drive. PROS: service is great and they help you instantly CONS: bad location for me more
