Our reservations were misentered by one of their associates causing a 2 hour delay in our getting to our rooms. The manager offered no compensation for the wait until they lost our $100 remote key to our vehicle which we had to track down through their valet service which we paid a mandatory $15 per each room for who still expected tipping. Maitenence was called repeatedly for our air conditioning unit that was NEVER fixed. Did I mention the compesation was only $40 in dinner coupons for four people when only the noodle house and the cafe offered meals under ten dollars a person. Not to mention the coupons, if not used at once could leave a remaining balance for later use; in reality for a light meal for 3 at the cafe we truthfully recieved 31 dollars and change. AWFUL! The list of terrorsgoes on but undescribable. As fair warning I must include that the pool is the only mildly redeming quality that is always overcrowded. BEWARE!!!!
