I was recommended to take my 2.5 year old to Dr. Taylor. I made the appt, when I got there, they had us see one of his associates, female. They did not tell me I was not going to see Dr. Taylor, the female associate just walked into the room. \r

Second visit, I walked out with my son after 15 minutes and told them I would find a more professional dental team with better bedside manners with children and parents. I will also find a dentist who allows parents to be in the room with their toddlers. Why are we not allowed in the rooms? They wouldn't let me peak into the room, they wouldn't even let me stand in the hallway. And my child was screaming the entire time, I heard no words to console or calm him down.\r

If you are going to take young children away from their parents, you better make sure the dentist, assistant and receptionist all establish confidence in the parents. This office is unprofessional, rude, and really don't seem to like children at all. \r
