Plain and simple! This office needs to spend time investing in either hiring more professional office staff(excluding dental hygienists) or invest in some interpersonal relations training for those they feel they have "carefully" selected. For the life of me I cannot imagine why anyone would act in a snooty manner and of all places Bloomington,IN!!!! but they seem to have that down pat. What they do not have down pat is the simple basics of data entry. When you write on a card someone's next appointment and do not input it into the computer that way, there tends to be a problem!. But rather than admit the mistake one particular "sweetie" acts as if it is your mistake. And as far as getting to go back with your child? I have an autistic child and was met with all sorts of rude treatment about going back with my child. All it would have taken was one initial visit with mom there and my child would have been fine but I was Forced to stay in the waiting area.. I am not certain what clout
