I am a customer of Sprint and I have found that the employees of this store do not go out of there way for you. They do what is required of them so they are not a horrible store. If you have problems with your phone, you will really have to fight for your rights at this place!
PROS: The company is decent.
CONS: You will not be welcome with open arms!
