We have had more difficulty with Sprint in the first year of our contract than we have had with all other companies we have dealt with in our lives combined. It's been unbelievable. We have had numerous billing problems, the most expensive of which involved over $500 in payments we made that they applied to someone else's account. That problem started in June and remains unresolved. They have also repeatedly billed us for services that were not in our contract. When we try to speak with customer service, we invariably have to wait between 15-30 minutes to speak to somone in India that is difficult to understand, repeats unhelpful phrases, and says no supervisor is available. On top of that, the two times we did have someone say they'd transfer us to a supervisor, we were disconnected! And the icing on the cake is that our reception is terrible. Every Sprint user I've talked with has had similar problems. If anyone can recommend a good cellular company, I'd love to know about it because
