I brought in my laptop to New York Computer Help for computer repair, and was very, very happy. My laptop was slow. I thought it was a virus. They diagnosed it for free, and told me my hard drive was failing. They fixed it, recovered my files, and had it ready in the same day. They also gave tips on how to do online file backups and keep the laptop battery lasting as long as possible. I love getting free tips like this and especially not waiting long for a computer issue. These guys are the best!
