I found my wedding dress at the bridal lane- I loved it and couldn't find it anywhere else. When we got there to pick up my dress they made us pay for it before I could even see it. I tired it on and it fit perfectly! I was so happy, until I noticed that there was dirt on the bottom of my gown. I was the only one to have taken it out of the bag they said, The store is dirty and they wouldn't do anything for us. The dress got dirty from wearing it in the store for 15 minutes!!! I was so upset, now I have to pay to get my dress cleaned before I can even wear it- They didn't care one bit!! Also when I was there I purchased my veil. Upon picking it up they had it in a bag and gave it to me. I asked if I could look at it first (after my first experience I didn't want another chance) Again, My veil was wrong, it was too long and they had to rush order it so that I could have it. Upon all of these bad experiences and not one person there cared to help us out I would not recommend this stor
