well.... heres my problem.... There are no pictorials on the internet to look at. Im getting all this good reccommendations yet i cant find a dress i like because there are no pictures. This is a total bummer! so upgrade to a website maybe so then ppl like me can view the "extravagant" dresses\r \r love doll face\r ex oh ex oh more

I found my wedding dress at the bridal lane- I loved it and couldn't find it anywhere else. When we got there to pick up my dress they made us pay for it before I could even see it. I tired it on and it fit perfectly! I was so happy, until I noticed that there was dirt on the bottom of my gown. I was the only one to have taken it out of the bag they said, The store is dirty and they wouldn't do anything for us. The dress got dirty from wearing it in the store for 15 minutes!!! I was so upset, now I have to pay to get my dress cleaned before I can even wear it- They didn't care one bit!! Also when I was there I purchased my veil. Upon picking it up they had it in a bag and gave it to me. I asked if I could look at it first (after my first experience I didn't want another chance) Again, My veil was wrong, it was too long and they had to rush order it so that I could have it. Upon all of these bad experiences and not one person there cared to help us out I would not recommend this stor more

I came in on a Saturday with my maid of honor looking for wedding gowns, and despite not having an appointment one of the very friendly staff members got us a fitting room and checked back to make sure we had everything we needed. The store is a little small and was very busy, but we never felt rushed or pushed aside. Someone was able to answer all our questions, and the prices were not inflated. I will definitely consider ordering through them when I decide on a wedding dress. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for friendly, personal service. more

Bridal Lane is worth the drive to Dorr. It is a smaller bridal store, but they have great customer service and a wide selection of bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses. The staff was helpful and we were treated well. more

This is a great store for being such a small town, but it has its drawbacks. It's a relatively small and therefore is pretty crowded. The fitting rooms are kind of small as well. They do have a good selection for being a smaller store and they are very willing to help you find what you are looking for. The only real problem I had there was with the seamstress and she doesn't technically work for the salon. I would recommend this store to people to at least check out. more

I went here looking for a wedding dress, we showed up 15 minutes before they closed (they were closing early because of a bridal show, but we didn't know that) Even though we showed up so late they were very very nice, and let us pick out whatever we wanted, and they didn't pressure us or rush us or anything. There prices were very fair, and if they were closer I would have bought my dress from there. I was just so impressed with the customer service, they are just so nice. more

My sister was recently married and our family had nothing but quality personal service at The Bridal Lane. It is a small botique, but offers many selections of wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses. The atmosphere is very classy and each girl was treated well. They offer a discount for cash purchases and give the bride a discount on her gown if the bridesmaid dresses are ordered through them as well. more

Bridal Lane is a small (very small) store in Dorr, MI. I made the mistake of going on a Saturday in Oct 2005. We arrived shortly after the store opened at 10am and the place was jammed packed. However, the fabulous employees didn't skip a beat. Every single employee there offered to help. They worked together so well. Even though the store was packed, they offered excellent service and spent a lot of time with my bridal party trying to find just the right shade of pink for my bridesmaid dresses. The downsizes to this place are as follows: small store, bridesmaid dresses only come in stock size, wedding dresses pretty much only come in stock size. As a female who isn't "stock size" it's very frustrating to not be able to try on wedding dresses. Bridal Lane is a great place to look if you need to find a wedding or bridesmaid dress! You won't be disappointed. more

I found a wedding gown at Bridal Lane that I absolutely loved! We were on a tight budget and it was over $1000. Still not a bad price for what I wanted but it jsut wasn't in the budget. I bought the dress used. I then used Bridal Lane for my bridesmaid dresses. When we came shopping to choose the bridesmaid dresses the sales staff at Bridal rememebered what wedding gown I loved and receommended dresses to go with it. Remember that I didn't even get my gown there. I was totally impressed and made sure to use them for the bridemaid dresses because of it!! The dresses were fabulous and they even worked with me when my matron of honor told me she was going to be 6 months pregnant when the wedding rolled around. You won't be disappointed! I was recently married and used The Bridal Lane for my wedding dress, accessories and bridesmaids dresses. I have to say that the selection of dresses was outstanding. The quality of service was also top notch! My dress was delievered when promised as was all of my bridesmaids dresses and my accessories. I we also recieved a discount on our orders! Everytime I went to The Bridal Lane I felt like I was walking into a room of friends, not just a store. Even after my wedding the service stayed at the same high quality I had come to expect. We used the Bridal Lane to get my wedding dress, all of the tuxes, and the bridesmaids dresses for our wedding. Everything turned out beautifully. The service is wonderful and they offer a lot of options. They also have seamstresses that work quickly and do a good job. We were very happy to have gone throught The Bridal Lane. more
