I have never been to this hospital. I'm just looking for a place to bring my cats and puppy. But I just had to butt in here, because I LOATHE dishonesty in reviews. If you check the dates that nearly ALL the negative reviews were written on, they were all on the same day, July 11, 2010. You really think a ton of unhappy customers ALL got together on one day to pan this place? No chance. These reviews are obviously lies.\r

A word of warning to the workers at this hospital though, don't be tempted to do the same by leaving false positive reviews. I really agree with and appreciate those of you who are posting and admitting you work there and addressing the negative reviews, but encourage your customers to leave the actual stories of their experiences. Your honesty will lend you credibility.\r

Anyway, we'll see if I choose to go your route or not. What's certain is that if I find out which of your competitors is leaving those negative reviews, I will NEVER go to them. \r
