Steve F. came out to assist me with plumbing problem. He came out to help with the washing machine on June 19, 2010 then he helped me again with getting the sewage pipe in my yard taken care of on June 25, 2010. I was really impressed with Steve?s customer service. It?s been very stressful being a new homeowner and having these situations arise and Steve was so pleasant. He was very detailed in explaining to me what needed to be repaired and how to keep my plumbing in good shape. I was really impressed when he said ?I treat every customer as though I would treat my own family member?. This level of care was shown in the amount of attention to detail he put into his work. Steve is very professional and pleasant in his demeanor. His response to the problem was immediate and the issues I was having were resolved within a matter of a few hours. I find Roto-Rooter and their staff to be the best plumbing and drain service in Hartford County.
