I called Roto-Rooter for a plumber in the Hartford area with a drainage problem and as told that someone would be at my house in one hour. True to their word Eddie showed up at my front door within 45 minutes. He assessed the problem, told me what it would cost and assured me he would be done within two hours. True to his word Eddie found the problem, showed me what it was and proceeded to complete the job in under two hours. His professionalism, work ethics and cleanliness are an attribute to this company. I would not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter again for my plumbing needs. I would also request Eddie!
