I called Roto-Rooter at 9:30pm in desperate need of help. My toilet was over flowing into my basement. They came within an hour. Eddie was professional and reassuring that the problem would be fixed and my bathroom would be up and running soon. He staying with me for 3 hours, working on the problem. And yes, my bathroom was up and running for me and my guests. In the end, the cost was fair and well worth the peace of mind and a working bathroom! Thank you Roto-Rooter, you really came through for me and at such an inconvenient hour.
