We have taken our VW to BA for over a year and have been very pleased with the service and prices.\r

At each visit the details of service are explained clearly, and the staff thoroughly answer any questions. They have been good about reminding us when we are due for certain maintenance issues that we had overlooked, and after we had an accident in summer they were good to take care of all our engine and body work issues, discussing all details and cost before hand.\r

When a job was going to take longer than expected they provided us with a vehicle that could sufficiently hold our 3 car seats and returned the van to us spotless inside and out.\r

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the waiting area is comfortable and welcoming.
