I have been going to this repair shop for several years now and will continue to do so. They have always been very helpful in providing me with a loaner car or picking up my car for repair. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They've kept my old BMW running reliably and I look forward to years more use out of it because of their care. more

I own a construction company and have them maintain my vehicle. I also have my wife's SUV maintained there. The service is always professional and reasonably priced. There are cheaper places in town but they do not offer the quality service. They actually wash your car when the repairs are complete. more

This shop is great for someone who doesn't know anything about cars. They tell me what's wrong with it before doing any pricey repairs and let me know what can be postponed versus what is important to fix immediately. I've always been impressed with their customer service- they pick up my car from my work and have given me a ride where I need to go. Very convenient! more

I will only use Bavarian Auto from now on. They have always been polite on the phone and have great customer service. I feel that I can trust what they tell me about my vehicle and know they will repair it properly and in a timely manner. more

Called Bavarian for advise on towing when I wrecked my car. The general manager directed me to a towing company and kept my car there until insurance adjuster looked at it. more

I wouldn't have clicked on one star but that's the lowest rating. I had a nightmare experience, ended up paying a lot of money and my car still wasn't fixed. Don't be deceived by the AAA guarantee. When I contacted AAA they told me I was on my own, that my only recourse was small claims court. I don't want to tell my whole story here because there's not enought space and my stress level just goes up thinking about it. I only took the time to write this so I might could save someone else from going through what I did. Don't go to Bavarian unless you are ready to spend a lot of money and want to risk paying to fix things that may not really need to be fixed. more

Do NOT take your car to Bavarian Auto. I just spent $1,900 to have a 1995 BMW "repaired" and it runs worse today and still has a leak. I was promised that there would absolutely be no leaking but that was a lie. They supposedly fixed the master break cylinder and the fuel pump but the check engine light is still on. Do Not waste your money. Go to BMW. Their quote was much less but I was already stuck at Bavarian. more

I also found Bavarian Auto thinking I was calling the VW dealership. I am so happy that I found them, they are the best auto shop i have ever been to! I took my car in for several issues, the sunroof was leaking, a map light did not work, and the check engine light was on. They called me back with an estimate of what everything would cost and how important it was to fix, so I could decide what I could afford. I got the car back clean and in great shape. A couple days after I got it back the light came on again, I called and took it back and they checked it for free! I have taken my car back several times since then, and every time I call or go in Jonathan remembers me and what I have had done to my car. He also explains everything so I understand the problem and how it will be fixed. I had to have a catalytic converter replaced ($2000) a few months later and they checked to see if VW had issued any recalls or service bulletins that I might be eligible for. Not knowing much about cars myself, I am usually wary about trusting the advice I receive from a car repair place. Nevertheless, I have found Bavarian Auto to be a reliable and honest shop in dealing with my 15 year old BMW. The staff is knowledgeable about cars and breaks their report down by what I must take care of for my own safety and which repairs I can afford to wait on for a while. They are unusually helpful in supplying me with a ride while my car is being serviced. I have recommended this business to multiple friends and will continue to do so. more

This was the last time I will EVER take a vehicle to Bavarian. If you don't mind paying $1,500-$2,000 MORE for your repairs, please make an appointment. I received a quote for the SAME repairs from a BMW store, and it was $1,800 CHEAPER AT A BMW STORE! I do not mind, whatsoever, for someone in business to make money. However, to be blatantly screwed is absurd. I have a mortgage to pay already, do not need to pay his. more
