Review content:
I rented a costume for my daughter in early October which was returned timely. Imagine my surprise when over a month later (after Halloween), I received a $75 charge on my credit card for an unreturned costume. I would not have known about the charge but for a call from the store inquiring a week after the charge was made on my account as to when I was going to return the costume. Obviously, this store can not keep track of its inventory and their customers do not even rate a courtesy call before they charge their credit cards late fees. To make matters worse, when I called to get the charges refunded, the woman answering at the corporate office (this type of thing can't be handled in Dallas) was very rude.
