I moved in this dump about a year ago and the first problem I had was with the kitchen lights because they were not working or flicking on and off. 8 phone calls and 4 months later they finally realized that the lights actually needed to be fixed. Oh and the lights are currently having problems again. I could call the management but as you read this you will see how useless this would be. \r

I had the flu one night and really needed the heater to keep warm, of course the reliability of the management was of no use. 3 phone calls and one month later they decided to fix the heater once and for all. \r

Then there is the toilet, this thing was actually coming off the wall. I called early in the day and was promised that it would be replaced that day. I come home and I still have the same non working toilet. Of course the next day it was replaced but, this is a clear violation of living standards according to living codes. \r
