Clear Lake Place

I moved in this dump about a year ago and the first problem I had was with the kitchen lights because they were not working or flicking on and off. 8 phone calls and 4 months later they finally realized that the lights actually needed to be fixed. Oh and the lights are currently having problems again. I could call the management but as you read this you will see how useless this would be. \r \r I had the flu one night and really needed the heater to keep warm, of course the reliability of the management was of no use. 3 phone calls and one month later they decided to fix the heater once and for all. \r \r Then there is the toilet, this thing was actually coming off the wall. I called early in the day and was promised that it would be replaced that day. I come home and I still have the same non working toilet. Of course the next day it was replaced but, this is a clear violation of living standards according to living codes. \r \r Currently the air conditioner is not working and that is yet t more

I went to a ton of apt complex's when I first moved here and this was my favorite. 2 years later, they have lived up to everything that they sold me on, except for my neighbors who are loud and obnoxious....wish I could have had a say in this. more

These apartments look like they sound -- like a tower. There are several floors (7, I believe) and the doors are all open to the inside (like a hotel). There's a glass elevator to bring you and your groceries up to your apartment. The units look over the water and the rooms are soundproof. There's nothing low class about this place. It's incredibly unique and a fun place to live. more
