I went in today as a first time patient, had to get x-rays, needed an exam, and wanted a cleaning. They wouldn't clean my teeth because they said I had to come back for a deep cleaning- which after my insurance copay would be $480! Not only that they said I had 3 cavities and would NOT do the metal (free) filling because it's "not good for the teeth". I'm sure they have better procedures but what they are charging is just too much for the average middle class American. They were recommending $6800 worth of work, and I only went in for an exam and cleaning. I just don't trust them, I'm never going back, please avoid them if you can.
