I used this service for just a few months. They didn't come one week at all, I had to call and tell them they didn't pick up. They have trouble with drivers being sick etc. I put out my trash and after they pick up they will not pick up anything else if you forgot to set out something even though they pass right by your house again. I called and asked why and I was told they do not have to but once in awhile it s nice to know they would go out of their way a tiny bit to keep you happy. I have had a horrible experience with them overall. I would not recommend them to anyone. This morning they picked up 5 bags (10 is the limit) and left my 2 garbage cans untouched. These were kitchen sized little bags they took and left the rest. They never come at the same time and unreliable. I cancelled my service today and the lady was rude to me as if I was asking too much of them to do a service I was paying for. I was extremely disappointed to say the least!
