Review content:
I had my car overheat and needed someone to look at it as it was my only transportation. I called Firestone on West Main, since they were close by to take a look at it. Well, they looked at it and informed me that I needed the top half of the engine repaired and they could begin the work immediately- about $1400.00. I decided against it, which of course they disagreed because it could cause further damage if driven. I paid the 30.00 check out fee and had the car towed to Otto Kihm. The next day I received a call and was told the therostat was bad. They replaced it, changed the antifreeze and oil and I was out the door for less than $100.00. Thanks Otto Kihm for your honesty- Shame on you Firestone.
